What this is

Aurgus is a reconciliation and rebate-program tool offered by Unconventional’s, a Delaware LLC. By signing in you’re agreeing to use it on these terms.

What you can do with it

Upload your data, run reconciliations, compose rebate programs, approve, decide, settle. Anything else (re-selling, screen-scraping, running multiple companies on one tenant, training a model on the data) requires a written conversation with us first.

What we promise

• Every number you see is computed from a row in your data.
• The AI proposes; the system commits only what you confirm. We never let an AI write a record on your behalf.
• We’ll tell you in advance about anything material that affects how the product works.
• Reasonable best effort on uptime; not a contractual SLA in V0.

What we don’t promise

• That the product is a substitute for your auditor, your CFO’s judgment, or your legal counsel.
• That third-party APIs we depend on (Anthropic, Stripe, Resend) will be available 100% of the time.
• That V0 will be priced free forever.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from Aurgus is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Closing your account

Request it via /support or [email protected]. We confirm closure and complete data deletion within 30 days.

Governing law

Delaware law. Disputes go to a single arbitrator in Wilmington unless one of us elects small-claims court.
