Your data is yours.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in via a magic link.
• Workspace data: the agreements, transactions, claim files, and reconciliations you upload. Stored only in your tenant; never visible to anyone outside your team.
• Telemetry: which surfaces you visit and which AI calls you trigger, so we know what to improve and what to bill (when billing is live). No personal browsing data beyond the Aurgus app.
• No marketing cookies and no third-party trackers. Only the session cookie needed to keep you signed in.

Where it lives

US-region Postgres on Fly.io. Encrypted at rest, TLS in transit. AI calls are routed to Anthropic’s API; per their policy, Anthropic does not train on Aurgus traffic.

Who sees it

Inside your tenant: the operators you’ve invited. Outside your tenant: nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share workspace data with any third party. Aggregate, anonymized metrics may inform product decisions (e.g. “most operators upload one workbook per quarter”); never anything that identifies a tenant or a person.

Removing your data

Email [email protected] and tell us what you want deleted. We respond within 7 business days and confirm deletion within 30. For the tenant data itself, you can also request deletion from inside the app via /support.

Changes

If anything material changes about this policy, signed-in operators see a banner the next time they sign in. We won’t hide the change in a release note.
